We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking a skilled Associate Project Manager (APM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Project Managers in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of audiovisual broadcast system integration projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
This role is based in San Francisco, California.
Job Responsibilities:
Associate Project Manager
- Assist in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of audiovisual and broadcast system installations for events, networks, technology companies, and experience projects.
- Manage small and internal projects
- Support and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings necessary for project delivery.
- Attend internal meetings as needed
- Maintain and create meeting minutes for project management meetings
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients and Project Managers to establish project budgets and implement cost control measures.
- Assist in managing vendor bidding processes, preparing bid documents, and interviewing vendors.
- Support in preparing contracts and scope of work documents and monitor vendor performance.
- Work with project coordination
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with the engineering and project coordination team thought the lifecycle of a project
- Assist in monitoring construction progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions. Both onsite and offsite. Reviewing photos, asking questions, along with regularly visiting site and attending meetings.
- Help in scheduling vendors to meet project deadlines and adapt schedules as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Support in ensuring audiovisual requirements align with building schedules.
- Communicate changes to teams and assist in adjusting resources accordingly.
- Participate in regular site inspections to maintain project and client standards.
- Material and RMA management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Construction, Entertainment, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in assisting with audiovisual projects or related fields is a plus.
- Understanding of audiovisual system functionality and installation techniques.
- Ability to assist in managing multiple projects and complex budgets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite, SmartSheet, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel occasionally for project requirements.
- A Certified Project Management Associate certification within 45 days of employment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $90,000 plus benefits.
