We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Live Operations Associate Producer to join our high-performing team. As Live Operations Associate Producer, you will be responsible for the execution of live programming on a dynamic, shoppable FAST channel. The successful candidate will be passionate about live production, playlist scheduling, and broadcast excellence.
This position is part of our Flex Workforce.
As a Flex team member, you’ll work on a project-to-project basis, supporting a variety of leading media and technology clients. Flex roles are ongoing and dynamic—work may vary in cadence, length, and scope depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, exposure to top-tier companies, and the chance to grow your skills across multiple exciting assignments.
Estimated schedule: 30 hours per week, including weekend.

- Responsible for successful execution of Live Events airing on a 24/7 FAST Channel, including operation of playlist within an Amagi UI
- Is the channel’s POC in the Control Room, coordinating with Directors, Producers, and Production Staff to ensure clean broadcasts
- Facilitates live broadcasts featuring remote content creators, troubleshooting and solving issues when they arise
- Independent real time troubleshooting when issues arise with channel feed during live stream
- Additional ad-hoc scheduling, operational, creative and marketing tasks upon request
- Flex scheduling for this role will include weekends and nights on a regular basis
- 2+ years of live production experience, preferably in a broadcast or streaming environment
- Hands on experience operating broadcast playlists using Amagi, Frequency, Crispin, or others
- Independent creative decision making on content selection, playlist, and live operations in a fast paced environment without having time to always check with other stakeholders
- Knowledge of streaming protocols (rtmp, SRT, HLS) is a plus
- Experience working as part of a large team
- Experience in live event and multimedia production, preferably with a large, corporate entity or commercial institution.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet the deadlines outlined for a particular project.
This project-based role offers an hourly pay rate of $40-50/hour depending on experience.
