Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking a Content Operations Manager to support operational programs, workflow systems, and cross-functional coordination within a large-scale digital media production environment. This role supports a high-volume studio operation producing live and recorded content and works closely with production, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth operational execution, reporting, and workflow management.
This position blends operational program management, workflow coordination, and reporting analysis to support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Workflow Systems & Operational Tools:
- Support operational workflows built within Airtable and similar workflow management platforms.
- Maintain and update workflow tracking systems used by internal teams.
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Airtable dashboards, reports, and operational tracking tools.
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflow visibility and operational efficiency
- Manage SOP creation, documentation, and distribution across operational teams.
- Support cross-functional teams with operational planning and coordination.
- Assist stakeholders with program tracking, workflow management, and operational execution.
- Support studio operations by identifying workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
- Execute pre-built data queries to generate operational metrics and reporting insights.
- Analyze and present operational data to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain tracking systems related to resource allocation and operational performance.
- Generate recurring reports using established dashboards and reporting templates
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting digital media, studio production operations, or marketing operations within a content or production environment.
- Experience working with operational reporting, dashboards, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Experience working with Airtable or similar workflow platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or other project management tools.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams to support production operations and program execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
