Iberia Customer Marketeer

Your Role
We offer a Customer Marketeer Senior position to join our Original Grocery Sales Iberia Team.
Reporting to our Iberia Sales Development Manager, you will be accountable for the development and execution of business plans as a partner of the Kam’s Team, and as a leader of Customer Marketeer area with direct team report.
What you will do
- Business intelligence: sales analysis to detect and capture growth opportunities in our customers and to provide business control. Ensure your team’s training in the development of analytic skills.
- Manage Data sources: Nielsen, PoS Potential, Kantar, Publinfo…
- Category management projects: Assortment recommendation and planograms definition in order to reinforce our brands and to lead category development. Methodology knowhow.
- Trade story: To know how to build a strong client-facing speech/presentation to defend our continuous improvement at the point of sale. Create robust customers presentation. To adapt Marketing plans to Sales/ Retailers speech.
- Team: To coordinate & to develop Customer Marketeer team in order to improve processes, people development & to generate workload efficiencies.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Economics or similar
- 3-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales department in FMCG
- FMCG retailers knowledge Spain
- Experience in the field will be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Team work

- Good communication skills
