Your Role

Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? 🐾

As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to global brand strategies, develop packaging and products, co-create communication campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional and local market teams (France, Spain, Italy). You'll be at the heart of innovation, helping us analyze trends, shape new launches, and bring fresh ideas to life.

What you will do

●       Implement the key projects of the annual marketing plans: New product
development, product changes, packaging design, etc…in order to boost brand
profitable growth.

●       Support on the assessment and definition of the annual marketing plans.

●       Manage the interaction with operations, NPD, local markets & external agencies.

●       Help with the website management: develop new landing pages and product pages
as well as manage improvements and maintenance of the brand website.

●       Collect insights & trends (consumer, competition, innovation, performance,
communication) across core markets.

●       Budget Management.

 What we are looking for

●        Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.

●        Fluent English. Spanish, French or Italian language will be valued

●        Willingness to contribute & Energy to implement new projects

●        Persevering and resilient

●        Want to learn and progress while having responsibilities

●        Posibility of signing an student agreement of 30 hours per week

●        Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Nielsen, Kantar knowledge will be valued)
