Global Engineering Manager

Your Role
Based in our Headquarters in Barcelona and reporting directly to our Industrial Director,
Global Engineering Manager is a Key position to face Affinity strategic business growth,
sustainability roadmap and high performing technical organization development across the
5 manufacturing sites in Spain, France, Italy and UK.
In this role you will be part of a high skilled operations Team and have the opportunity of a
wide range of learning and growth opportunities and leave your footprint!
What you will do
● Lead capital system integrating strategic initiatives for business growth,
sustainability transformation as well as sustain the business.
● Manage CAPEX processes of budgeting, tracking and being the single point of
contact in operations for fixed asset management process and depreciation.
● Co-create Innovation pipeline from ideation to feasibility, design and construction
with close collaboration with R&D and MPD Team
● Responsible for Technical Organization resource allocation masterplan according to
CAPEX investment
● Build Project Management and start up capabilities
● Responsible to assess most advanced technology in the market as a key lever for
innovation and process development
What we are looking for
● 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role
● Strong experience managing large projects (> 10 Mio Eur)
● Engineering Work process and Reliability Engineering skills
● Leadership & influence skills
● Proactive and flexible
● Fluent English is a must. French and Italian are highly desirable
● International experience and/or International mindset will be high valuated
● Availability to travel across our different locations
