Partner Marketing Associate

A key role that sits on our Partner Marketing team, which focuses on growing our existing Partner (customer) base via campaigns, enablement, and engagement activities.

The Marketing Associate will provide critical support to the Partner Marketing team to help the organization drive its aggressive growth goals through its channel Partners, primarily through tactical project execution related to partner-facing campaigns and events.

Additionally, the Partner Marketing Associate will provide support to Partners by assisting in administration of Partner Tools such as the Partner Toolkit, advocate marketing platform, etc.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partner Marketing teammates to:

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns and assist with associated reporting, including relevant coordination with Regional Account Directors
  • Monitor Partner training certification program
  • Monitor engagement with Partner Portal (Partner Toolkit)
  • Ensure quality control over resources in Partner Toolkit
  • Assist with Partner Toolkit content creation (blog posts, research statistics, white label content)
  • Conduct ongoing research to fuel critical goal of delivering Partner intelligence
  • Coordinate with Events team to recruit attendees to company-hosted lunch and learns
  • Leverage advocate marketing platform and advocate relationships to amplify marketing messaging and generate engagement among Partners
  • Liaise cross functionally with other marketing teams to create value-added marketing opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or associated field; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years relevant experience as part of a high growth marketing team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must work independently and have good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Direct experience writing engaging customer-facing content and communications
  • Channel marketing experience is a plus
  • Technology marketing is a plus
