Barracuda Networks is looking for a sharp, self-motivated, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to help us support our expanding sales team.  In this role, you will have a great opportunity to join a busy sales organization in the cyber-security space and as you learn more about the company, our solutions and internal systems/tools, you will help us drive greater productivity within our sales team
   
What you will be working on   
  • Assisting the Americas Renewals Team with quoting and order building
  • Cross-checking renewal opportunities for sku/pricing errors and duplicates
  • Maintaining current and accurate account and contact information within internal databases
  • Utilizing SFDC reports to ensure that all renewal opportunities are accurate and ready for processing
  • Helping with complex quotes
  • Working alongside our Sales Operations Team to scale fixes and enhancements that improve the renewals workflow
  • Testing new features and procedures for system improvement implementation
What you bring to the role   
  • Experience working in a customer centric sales environment is an advantage
  • Experience using CRM tools, ideally salesforce.com
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • High energy and driven self-starter who can learn on the fly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while remaining laser focused on attention to detail
  • Strong “customer first” attitude
  • A desire to find solutions to problems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
