Barracuda Networks is hiring an engineering & technical recruiter to join our team! You will act as a search expert by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and cross functional HR teams including global business partners, regional business partners and operations.  You will report on recruitment activity, specific challenges, and provide data to support potential solutions. You will become part of an established global recruiting team with a specific focus in India hiring for a product-based cybersecurity company, managing the full-cycle recruitment process from posting to negotiation.

What you'll be working on:             

  • Lead all aspects of assigned recruitment funnel from intake meetings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and offer negotiations.
  • Work with executive and regional leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners and HR Operations to align on HR processes
  • Report on recruitment activity, troubleshoot challenging requirements, and provide solutions.
  • Perform extensive Internet-based research, cold calling and other sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines and profiles.
  • Determine new/creative ways to introduce Barracuda Networks to potential active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates throughout the sourcing process
  • Maintain and track candidate status in ATS

What you bring to the role             

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience recruiting engineering and  technical talent in India and APAC countries
  • Ability/experience in mining online databases (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, Naukri, etc.)
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed
  • Must be able to proactively call and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday, Jobvite)
