Senior Product Manager, Growth & Acquisition

This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and cross-selling, using a live product experience to demonstrate immediate customer value.


  • Build and lead world-class growth team
  • Align investments in growth team to business priorities and business results
  • Be the catalyst for your team, from concept ideation to live product experience
  • Articulate a clear vision and roadmap for customer experience that turbocharges growth
  • Use test & learn to deliver continuously optimized conversion rates
  • Use metrics, user research and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and confirm results


  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering outstanding business results using growth marketing best practices
  • 5 or more years’ experience as a team leader or product owner
  • Highly effective at cross-functional leadership using skills such as negotiation, persuasion and collaboration
  • Relentlessly data driven and customer focused mindset
  • Experience with consumer and/or online business software sales models
  • Ability to conceive of and use operational metrics as leading indicators of business performance
