Job Summary:
- Generating creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the advertising and marketing needs of our clients
- Leading in the creation of site graphics, banner ads and microsites
- Designing and creating compelling digital mockups that will help sell a concept through
- Executing designs from initial concept all the way through to final working builds
- Building ads, articles, microsites using a variety of digital tools
- Participating in meetings and presentations to the global team
- Working closely with the sales team and participating in client-facing calls to help ideate first-to-market design executions and form a productive creative partnership with our clients
- 2-3+ years experience working in digital media
- Strong design ability and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- A working understanding of web development, specifically with HTML and CSS
- Strong project management skills and a deadline oriented approach to projects
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects from concept through to completion
- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with internal and external teams
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Intimate knowledge of online and mobile advertising with proven ability to create compelling, sophisticated products
- Up-to-date understanding of the changing digital landscape as it pertains to design, advertising and development changes
- Superior eye for image editing and use of photography
- A desire to expand your digital design knowledge and learn within a fast-paced publishing environment
- Knowledge of DFP/Google Ad Manager
- Experience with Celtra, Ceros or similar digital building toolsExperience working alongside, and managing, freelancers
- Work Schedule: Full-Time working schedule, M-F. There is no expectation for this role to work weekends, holidays, or odd hours.
- Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves standard office-based activities, including extended periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer.
- Work Model: There is a requirement for this role to work a hybrid schedule, going into our Mansell Street office at least 2 times each week.
