The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our data processing, engineering, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create reports and analysis to support business needs.
• Translate data and report for Business clients (internal and external).
• Generate new business ideas from data analysis.
• Develop custom dashboards to help stakeholders understand business performance and support their decision-making.
• Leverage tools, primarily Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics, and SQL to build ad hoc reports and allow stakeholders to further understand key business trends.

• Establish insightful and easy to understand data visualizations to show KPIs and trends.
• Formulate predictive models for key business activities.

• Acquire data from multiple data sources to manage and design the reporting environment.
• Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to determine and address data and reporting needs for various company projects.
• Provide new solutions to solve various or existing data/report issues such as data quality, data reconciliation, and trending.
• Lead analytical projects from design to completion

• Use Python and SQL develop and deploy data processing.

Job Qualifications:
• BS/BA; relevant field of study preferred (mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or business)
• 3+ years of experience managing reports and generating insights.
• Excellent collaboration, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Expert with Tableau, SQL, Python, Databricks, Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools.
• Identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making.
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau
• Significant Experience with SQL.
• Programming Competence in languages, such as R/Python.
• Google Analytics experience a plus. Databricks experience a plus.
