Position Description:
The Well-being Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the designated client’s health promotion team to deliver well-being programming and face-to-face health coaching to eligible participants as well as help to raise awareness of the onsite program and the WebMD products and services that enable it.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability. S/he will act as a customer advocate, as well as a point of contact with senior customer stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship. They can provide thought leadership and support program planning and impact assessment, as well as coordination and promotion of service.
Program Coordinators proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and improvement. As opportunities are identified, they work with other Client Success staff, Account and Product Management, to improve processes, and develop new solutions.
In this role you will:
Program Leadership
Lead the planning and execution of onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
Develop creative campaigns that increase awareness and participation.
Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and special events.
Health Coaching & Biometric Screenings
Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching.
Use motivational interviewing to support sustainable behavior change.
Conduct biometric screenings, blood pressure checks, and vision screenings.
Client Partnership
Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, UAW, and site leadership.
Serve as a wellness advisor by identifying opportunities to improve engagement and program outcomes.
Build and support the Well-being Champion Network.
Project & Data Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Track participation, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

qualifications, skills and experience:
Required:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree required in a health-related field
2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar health and wellness client-facing experience
Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple competing priorities
Experience and comfort using Microsoft and Google office products
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to occasionally support early morning, evening, or special event programming, as well as periodic travel to other client locations
Ideal Candidates:
Excellent communication/people skills, including proven ability to adapt to individual communication styles and client work groups, including office and manufacturing environments
Solutions-oriented and independent problem-solving mindset
Willing and able to occasionally travel out of the state to support client or WebMD
Experience analyzing and interpreting data
Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting with participants
Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Proficient with various types of technology and be able to accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
Preferred:
CHES or Certified Health Coach
Experience conducting fingerstick TC/HDL/GLU screenings, blood pressure measurement, and results coaching
Experience and comfort delivering health presentations/programming and interacting with participants both in-person and virtually
Experience utilizing Canva Pro
Experience delivering presentations to small and large groups
