Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
Implementation and Support:
Support the implementation of AI-first process workflows across internal teams (e.g., Content, Operations) to maximize operational efficiency and quality.
Act as a key resource for internal teams, providing support and training on new AI tools and automated workflows.
Develop and maintain clear documentation for prototypes, tools, and automated processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in a technical or analyst role, with a focus on prototyping, process automation, or tool implementation.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and context engineering.
Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Dify, cursor) and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for building prototypes and utility scripts.
Familiarity with project management and development tools (e.g., YouTrack, GitLab).
Hybrid Abilities:
A strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, with a knack for understanding business challenges and seeing how AI can solve them.
A pragmatic, hands-on, and outcome-driven mindset, with a passion for building and experimenting.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000
