Our Shift nurses provide extended visits for clients who are medically fragile, technologically dependent children, chronic/complex care adults, palliative, require pain and symptom management and much more.

What you'll do:
- Client assessments
- Provide primary care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Chronic Disease Management, e.g. diabetes care and education
- Specimen collection
- Rehabilitative programs
- Palliative Care
- And many other critical nursing skills
What we're looking for:
- Must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Community health experience is an asset
- Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required; a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may also be necessary
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Working conditions and physical demands: This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics.
