General Maintenance Laborer (Summer Position)
Description
Support the efforts of the Facilities Manager with ground keeping and physical upgrades of Tyler properties.
Responsibilities
Landscaping
Assist maintenance team with needed repairs, upgrades to building systems.
Painting (interior and exterior)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Landscaping experience a plus.
Mechanical troubleshooting knowledge desired.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Ability to navigate around a computer; comfortable using Microsoft products and email.
