Responsibilities

Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately.  Reviews program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements; coordinates with affected subordinate PMs on contractor personnel; participates in IPT's on behalf of contractor; evaluates and balances anticipated budget expectations; and works closely with COR on program issues; provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership as required. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items.  Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.

Will be the lead of all communication and coordination of contract support efforts across all operations and technical support tasks. Will report directly to government leadership on all communications, with exception of delegated routine communications by the Operations Manager and the Technical Integration Lead.

Will provide reports and briefings as necessary to communicate task status, challenges, risks, etc. to government leadership.

Will provide coordination between task support leads and government leadership, to facilitate communication of status and receipt of requirements guidance, as necessary to establish and execute MCSC support tasks.

 

 

Education and Certifications

Bachelors Degree -Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline.

PMP certification or DAWIA III Certification in Program Management

5 years experience
