Tribalco is seeking a self-starting, mission driven, detail oriented, Software Engineer to join our development team to provide mission critical technical solutions for worldwide usage.  Must work well in small team fast paced development environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain software that processes signals to/from software defined radios (SDRs).
• Create and maintain Windows and web based user interface software.
• Create and maintain software that will command/control hardware devices through many different connection types (USB, serial, UDP, TCP, etc.).
• Create and maintain software that interfaces with multiple different Voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
• Create and maintain software that passes data via blockchain.

Desired Skills

The position requires proficiency and experience with the following technology areas and systems:

• Agile SW Development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)
• Git and Azure Dev Ops
• C, C++, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, XAML
• Container Virtualization Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Linux operating systems and scripting
• Microsoft technology (C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, SQL Database)
• VoIP technologies and digital signal processing techniques
• iOS and Android development.  Xamarin a plus
• Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and frameworks such as GNURadio a plus
• Blockchain MPP protocol and other blockchain protocols experience

Education and Certifications

• 5 years professional Software Engineering Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject area from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Clearance

• An active Secret (S) security clearance is required.
