Tribalco is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager.  The candidate will provide on-going business development and capture management support to include developing, maintaining, and executing capture strategies and detailed capture and call plans. In this role, you will work closely with a team of Operations Directors, Account Managers, Contract Managers, and Proposal Managers currently supporting Tribalco’s portfolio of contracts.  This position reports directly to the EVP of Sales.  The individual will perform a wide range of activities and take responsibility for developing market strategies for the various Tribalco contracts by marketing the company’s capabilities to government customers and industry partners. Specific responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Identify key IDIQ targets that best fit Tribalco growth plan.
  • Develop win strategies and capture plans to grow new business.
  • Develop win strategies to expand growth on existing IDIQ contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with operational growth targets.
  • Move opportunities through the business development lifecycle (gate reviews).
  • Developing capture and proposal cost estimates.
  • Identify technical resource requirements needed to support Capture and Proposal needs.
  • Coordinate development and completion of opportunity specific agreements (non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, etc.) with the Contracts Manage.r
  • Developing strategic partner network.
  • Identifying qualified teammates that fill critical needs aligned with targeted opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of capture/business development experience serving federal government customers, preferably within the Department of Defense and Civilian Agencies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GWACs, contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ single/multiple award contracts), and payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M). Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Expert knowledge of and experience using Shipley (BD/Capture Lifecycle) Methodologies and federal sales lifecycle
  • Familiarity with government procurement methods and procurement vehicles, such as but not limited to SEWP V, GSA, TACCOM II, ITES, RS-3
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Salesforce, GovWin, and SAM.Gov
  • Must be a team player, detail oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership, prospective customers, and partners and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and general financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player, detail oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership, prospective customers, and partners and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Must be a US Citizenship

 Education and Certifications

  • BA or BS from an accredited college or university

Clearance

  • Capable of obtaining a Secret
