🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Agile Software Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multidisciplinary engineering and product teams.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and foster team agility in an environment where AI-driven automation and data-based execution are core to delivery.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Delivery
• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and support sprint execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain clear and well-prioritized backlogs.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Promote ownership, transparency, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support adoption of scaled Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS).
• Enable OKR alignment and Agile reporting tied to business outcomes.

AI-First Project Management
• Use AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Jira automation, LLMs) to:
– Automate Jira tasks (sprint setup, backlog grooming, ticket creation).
– Generate automated sprint and project status reports.
– Improve visibility through dashboards and progress tracking.
– Implement AI-enhanced retrospectives, risk prediction, and forecasting.
• Use AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Jira automation, LLMs) to:
– Automate Jira tasks (sprint setup, backlog grooming, ticket creation).

Metrics & Performance Monitoring
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
• Identify risks and opportunities through analytics and trends.
• Support cross-team alignment with global stakeholders.

Must-Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Software Project Manager.
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate project workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
• English fluency (C1 or higher) – mandatory.
