🚛 We're Hiring! Carrier Development Representative – Mexico City, Monterrey or Guadalajara
💼 Your Role
Based in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara, you’ll be our next Carrier Development Representative focused on Cross Border Mexico shipments. You’ll develop and manage new and current carrier relationships, secure coverage for freight, and negotiate rates while delivering superior service to our clients.
📌 What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers via phone and email
- Source and secure capacity for MX Cross Border freight movements
- Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Working alongside with the pricing team to support new business opportunities
- Occasionally meet with carriers in person to strengthen partnerships
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- 1+ year experience in logistics or transportation
- College degree preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset and relationship-builder
- Organized, driven, and self-motivated
- Positive and solution-focused attitude
