Our Bogotá tech hub works closely with engineering teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable logistics solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help design and evolve the data platforms that support analytics, operational intelligence, and AI-powered capabilities across our organization.
✅ What We’re Looking For (Must Have)
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform roles
• Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience working with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Hands-on experience building ETL / ELT pipelines
• Experience with Azure, modern data platforms, or data warehouse architectures
• English C1 or higher (international collaboration)

đź’ˇ Nice to have: experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), AI data pipelines, or modernizing legacy ETL frameworks.
🧩 What You’ll Do
• Design and maintain scalable data models and enterprise data architecture
• Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations
• Modernize legacy ETL pipelines into cloud-native frameworks
• Ensure data quality, observability, and platform reliability
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, BI, and Analytics teams
• Support the evolution of AI-ready data platforms
