💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain carrier relationships through proactive outreach via phone and email.
- Secure coverage for customer freight by aggressively sourcing carriers using technology and data tools.
- Negotiate rates and discuss capacity with carriers for both spot and contracted freight.
- Optimize rates for profitability and maximize load volume.
- Monitor market trends and industry changes to stay competitive.
- Maintain clear communication with carrier dispatch and drivers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Ensure internal systems are updated with real-time shipment statuses and issues.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide seamless service delivery.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- College degree preferred
- Sales-driven and relationship-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Highly driven to succeed in a dynamic environment

💡 Responsabilidades clave:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con transportistas a través de llamadas y correos proactivos.
- Asegurar cobertura de carga para nuestros clientes utilizando herramientas tecnológicas y bases de datos.
- Negociar tarifas y discutir disponibilidad de capacidad con transportistas (modalidad spot y contratos).
- Optimizar tarifas para maximizar rentabilidad y volumen de carga.
- Estar al tanto de tendencias del mercado e información del sector para mantenerse competitivo.
- Comunicarse de manera clara con los despachadores y conductores durante todo el ciclo del envío.
- Mantener actualizados los sistemas internos con el estado de los envíos y cualquier eventualidad.
- Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones y ventas para garantizar un excelente servicio.
🎯 Lo que buscamos:
- Nivel avanzado de inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Experiencia previa en logística, transporte o roles similares
- Habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación y negociación
- Título universitario deseable
