Partnerships Coordinator

The Institutes are committed to providing customer-first and innovative solutions that best empower risk and insurance professionals to help those in need. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. The Partnerships Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring sponsorships, advertising, and strategic partnerships are fulfilled, and ensuring partners receive a customer-first experience for client retention.  This role will act as the main client support liaison and also drive activities that support the revenue goals and a successful fulfillment experience; including leading internal and external operations for the partnership department. 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to clients and sponsors as main point of contact for all aspects of their campaign including asset requests, reporting, finance inquiries, campaign fulfillment and meeting scheduling.
  • Responsible for data entry, reporting and various admin tasks in support of the partnerships team, including marketing performance, customer database updates and finance tracking.
  • Drive alignment and communication with internal stakeholders, including event fulfillment, digital campaigns, marketing, and finance, in coordination with the various brands.
  • Coordinate the creation, review and editing of partner, advertising and sponsor-related marketing, web content and processes in conjunction with appropriate internal and external teams.
  • Support sponsor onboarding which includes communication, fulfillment needs, resource documents, event preparation, and ensuring a customer first experience leading to client retention.
  • Ensure that all fulfillment needs of partners have been reviewed and proofed to ensure a quality experience for clients.  
  • Work with the Partner team to track confirmed sponsors and fulfillment of deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years’ experience in a customer service, marketing or sales support role preferred.
  • Experience in or willingness to learn new systems required (Salesforce, CVENT, On24).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), general office technology and knowledge of basic computer hardware.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and follow up skills. 
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Prior experience and/or working knowledge of the risk management and commercial insurance industry is a plus.
