WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct consultative retirement income conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients
- Present compliant annuity and protection strategies aligned with client goals
- Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
- Own the client relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
- Navigate underwriting, carrier processes, and follow-ups confidently
- Maintain strong product knowledge across annuities and insurance solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities)
Preferred
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)
Experience & Traits
- 3+ years of experience in annuity, life insurance, or retirement income sales
- Inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center experience strongly preferred
- Consultative closing style (not transactional selling)
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance environment
- Competitive, motivated, and accountable
- Organized, professional, and process-driven
