Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Bonuses (Top performers earn $250,000+)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Conduct consultative retirement income conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients
  • Present compliant annuity and protection strategies aligned with client goals
  • Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
  • Own the client relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
  • Navigate underwriting, carrier processes, and follow-ups confidently
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across annuities and insurance solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
  • Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities)
Preferred
  • FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)
Experience & Traits
  • 3+ years of experience in annuity, life insurance, or retirement income sales
  • Inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center experience strongly preferred
  • Consultative closing style (not transactional selling)
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance environment
  • Competitive, motivated, and accountable
  • Organized, professional, and process-driven
