What We’re Looking for in a Medicare Insurance Sales Agent:
- Licensed Insurance Agents: Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) or equivalent licenses (e.g., 2-40, 2-14) that can be converted or expanded
- Aspiring Agents: If you’re not licensed, we’ll provide the training and cover costs for your Florida insurance license.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Key Traits: Competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, resilience, coachability, and a positive attitude.
