Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Top Performers $200K–$250K+)
We are hiring a Financial Advisor to work with inbound, pre-qualified clients seeking guidance on retirement planning, annuities, and life insurance solutions.
This is a client-focused advisory role, not a traditional book-building position. You will work with warm leads generated internally and focus on delivering personalized recommendations and helping clients make informed financial decisions.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to combine advisory skills with strong earning potential, without the burden of prospecting.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with clients to understand their retirement goals and financial needs
- Provide tailored recommendations across annuities and insurance products
- Educate clients on retirement income strategies and long-term planning
- Manage the full client lifecycle from consultation through application
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client outcomes and policy execution
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities)
- Experience in financial advising, retirement planning, or insurance sales
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Ability to build trust and guide clients through financial decisions
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple client interactions daily
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)
- Experience with wealth management or retirement income planning
