Description
Part-Time Executive Assistant (CEO Support)
Remote | Part-Time | W-2 | $28 – $38 per hour
About Elite Insurance Partners
Elite Insurance Partners is a technology-first insurance organization focused on building a modern customer journey through innovation, marketing strategy, and operational efficiency. Our leadership team values accountability, speed, and systems that allow people to operate at a high level.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO with daily workflow management.
This role is focused on helping leadership stay clear, prepared, and focused by removing operational clutter from the day-to-day. You’ll work directly alongside the CEO to manage communication, scheduling priorities, and follow-through on key items.
This is a high-trust, execution-focused role, not a traditional administrative position. The right person will be proactive, professional, and comfortable making judgment calls while maintaining strong discretion.
This is a part-time. Remote, W-2 position working approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on workload and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive inbox communications, including drafting replies when appropriate
- Coordinate and maintain calendar scheduling, ensuring meetings align with business priorities
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or follow-up items before they become blockers
- Prepare daily summaries or updates so leadership begins each day informed and aligned
- Support administrative, audit, and operational tasks tied directly to executive workflow
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in all communication
What Success Looks Like
- The CEO starts each day fully prepared with clear priorities
- Inbox communication is organized, filtered, and decision-ready
- Calendar management reflects strategic focus rather than reactive scheduling
- Operational follow-ups are handled proactively without constant direction
Qualifications
- Prior Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience preferred
- Strong written communication and professional judgment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
