About the Role
Our Project Delivery team is seeking Freelance Project Managers to support high‑volume workflows across web, translations, and print production. These roles will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly during a period of increased demand.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across creative, digital, media, technology, and other functional teams, with guidance provided in complex or unique situations.
• Reprioritize tasks dynamically and adjust workflows in response to changing timelines or project needs.
• Negotiate cross‑functional alignment, and build estimates, schedules, and timelines while flagging risks and communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors throughout the full project lifecycle, including web, translations, print production, and budget/estimate management.
• Ensure smooth task delivery by proactively following up, reviewing progress, and tracking actions with minimal supervision.
• Lead translation management, including deadline tracking, vendor communication, and workflow coordination.
• Support printing and shipping workflows, helping to scale execution efficiently.
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments (research, clinical trials, commercial, operations).
Strong project management fundamentals: organization, prioritization, communication, and cross‑functional coordination.
Comfort managing deadlines and high‑volume workflows.
Vendor coordination experience, especially in translations and print/production.
Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
Familiarity with agency environments preferred.
