Your future at Skyservice: 
As a key member of our Owner Services team, the Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for all aspects of client aircraft operations. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in collaboration with Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and other internal teams. Your role is to deliver superior end-to-end client experience, from aircraft readiness to service excellence. 
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. 
  • Coordinate daily aircraft operations with internal teams including Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, and Maintenance. 
  • Support aircraft entry-to-service and exit-from-service projects, ensuring accurate execution of service agreements. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, complaints, and improvement opportunities, using the CRM tool to track and resolve them. 
  • Support Business Development efforts to retain and grow client accounts. 
  • Contribute to internal projects and reporting to enhance the client experience. 
  • Assist with annual contractual renewals by presenting budgets and term agreements in collaboration with Finance. 
    • For designated portfolios, manage client billing processes including:  
    • Reviewing monthly invoicing for accuracy and timeliness. 
    • Coordinating ad-hoc invoices (e.g., GST Pro-forma for aircraft importation). 
    • Gathering and inputting data for annual budgets and fee schedules. 
    • Analyzing and presenting financial reports related to client expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service role. 
  • Business aviation experience is a strong asset. 
  • Foundational knowledge in financial analysis is highly desired; billing experience is preferred for those supporting financial operations. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience with CRM tools is an asset. 
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. 
  • Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
