POSITION SUMMARY:
 
We are seeking an experienced Growth & Digital Strategy Manager to drive demand generation, digital performance, and measurable business growth across our portfolio of business and private aviation services.
 
As Growth & Digital Strategy Manager, you will design, manage, and continuously optimize our digital acquisition and performance programs across multiple business units and geographic markets. You will work closely with marketing leadership, sales, and operations to ensure campaigns, platforms, and budgets are aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
 
This role translates marketing investment into qualified demand, actionable insights, and sustained revenue impact. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital growth engine — spanning paid media, SEO and website performance, conversion optimization, analytics, and marketing technology (HubSpot).
 
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Growth Strategy & Demand Generation:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and organic search.
  • Drive qualified lead generation and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Align digital programs with business unit priorities and seasonal demand patterns.
  • Test, refine, and scale high-performing acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Own SEO performance and organic search growth to increase qualified inbound traffic.

Digital Performance & Website Optimization:

  • Own website and landing page performance as revenue-generating assets.
  • Lead conversion optimization and funnel performance within HubSpot.
  • Partner with design and content teams to strengthen UX, messaging, and engagement.
  • Implement structured testing across ads, creative, and landing pages.
  • Improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
  • Define and lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and content) in partnership with external agency.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks (HubSpot).
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Track attribution, conversion paths, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Marketing Technology & Systems:
  • Own and optimise the digital marketing stack, including HubSpot architecture, automation, reporting and performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Oversee website analytics, search performance, and technical SEO health in partnership with web and agency partners.
  • Support CRM alignment, lead routing, and lifecycle tracking with sales and operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with sales teams to improve lead quality, routing, and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with creative and content team on campaign development.
  • Support major launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with regional and business unit leaders to tailor growth programs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
        • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles,
        • Proven success managing paid media and digital acquisition programs.
        • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics and performance reporting.
        • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation systems.
        • Strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimization.
        •  
          Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and ROI.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Comfortable working in multi-location, multi-business environments.
        • Excellent project management and prioritisation abilities.
        • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of outcomes.
