About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and ensuring their satisfaction with our NetSuite solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
What will you do in this role?
Responsibilities:
- Support our sales team as they drive new business with existing clients through meeting scheduling and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver:
- Product Quotes
- Statements of Work
- Change Orders
- Manage all NetSuite and Suiteapp License Renewals
- Provide Partner/Leader sales administrative support
- Conduct Product Research
- Touch-base with clients with the latest Sikich & NetSuite updates
- Monitor and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Maintain existing client relationships and business, while handling current needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently.
- Ensure all client interaction and transactions are maintained in Sikich’s CE database
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- 1+ years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferable within the software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of NetSuite products and services highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft CE)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $33/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
