Responsibilities

Shamrock is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator that will be responsible for assisting in the company's recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to meet company's workforce needs and goals.  This role would handle the back-end processes for the recruiting team as well as working with the team to make the recruiting process as seamless as possible for every candidate.   

  • Responsible for managing the ATS system (Jobvite) and daily flow of candidates  
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program, including tracking all referrals, reaching out to candidates, following up with employees, and communicating bonuses to HR/payroll  
  • Assist with the planning and execution of referral contests throughout the year  
  • Maintains records on recruiting activities as required  
  • Assemble candidate files for interview stages  
  • Responsible for reporting and analyzing talent acquisition statistics   
  • Collaboration with recruiting team on all steps in the recruiting cycle  
  • Plans, coordinates and attends career fairs and recruiting events when needed  
  • Prepares routine reports and maintain specialized files and records 
  • Manage all job postings, and job requisitions on all platforms (Jobvite, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake etc.)  
  • Conduct background and credential investigations   
  • Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment  
  • Manage and evaluate Predective Index surveys

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experienced in a Recruiting Coordinator or recruiting support role  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)  
  • Experience working in ATS system preferred  - experience using Jobvite a plus
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills required  
  • Ability to organize and adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail   
  • Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding organizational, writing, and communication skills  
  • Ethical and objective while exercising independent judgment and initiative  
  • Quick-thinking and always striving to improve processes to best support the recruiting team so that we can provide an exceptional candidate experience.
