Pay Range: $25.01 - $35.51/hour

What you’ll be working on:
Support Savers vision by ensuring the timely, most efficient and cost-effective movement of freight for the Sourcing Department. Responsible for the coordination of freight shipments from vendor to company assigned locations; communication across multiple departments and developing system solutions for tracking and reporting on such freight. This position reports directly to the Routing and Traffic Manager of Supply US.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate in company Trailer Management System to clearly document movement of trailers and inventory between store and storage locations.
- Manage trailer inventory in assigned regions effectively.
- Communicate with managers, RSCM and SCS’s regarding trailer moves, inventory issues and other factors that may affect retail and sourcing.
- Assist in testing of new systems, providing feedback on behalf of all members of the team to maximize results of all software changes for the department.
- Develop and execute operational processes and procedures to achieve outstanding results in terms of freight movement across the Savers organization.
- Accurately record and process invoices within AP systems; communicate and trouble shoot effectively with 3rd party freight payable vendor and Savers Accounting dept.
- Execute the identified company freight movements and initiatives by finding the most cost effective and efficient means through coordination with third party vendors.
- Effectively able to troubleshoot disruptions to plan and communicate timely with Savers Ops and resource team members.
- Ability to have critical attention to detail with an emphasis on following operational guidelines and systems.
- Help provide coverage for other Traffic Admin’s areas in times of PTO, LOA and other various situations.
- Verify and approve all financial documents corresponding to each move made within the TMS.
- Verify and approve all financial documents corresponding to each trailer rental made by the TM.
What you have:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrate logical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of OTR and Intermodal transportation models.
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills within a fast paced and dynamic supply chain
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to self-prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external customers
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to make or influence decisions
- Ability to work independently and identify needed reports and systems to work effectively
- Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and OneDrive
- Basic knowledge / understanding of Transportation Management Systems
Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or relatable experience preferred
- 2 years experience in supply chain support or dispatching
- 1-3 years experience in Retail Inventory Planning/distribution/transportation

Travel: 5% or less
Work Type/Location: Remote, USA. Ideally in the Greater Seattle or Philadelphia area.
