Prefabrication Lead

The position of PreFab Lead is critical to lead the PreFab team in the assembly of First Time Quality units to save production time in the field.


Pre-Fab Coordination (60%)

  • Intentionally assign roles for the day to the team members
  • Conscientiously ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Thoughtfully assign drivers to gas pipe deliveries
  • Continuously conduct visual quality control
  • Diligently assign water heater delivery routes
  • Thoroughly communicate with plumbers to ensure that they have what they need to complete their tasks
  • Purposefully develop and communicate the daily tasks and assignments
  • Clearly communicate daily with warehouse supervisor to resolve any issues


Inventory Control (20%)

  • Systematically receive gas pipe order deliveries and pick ups for the following day
  • Thoroughly complete and submit inventory requisition sheets to purchasing
  • Accurately complete the end of month inventory
  • Efficiently coordinate trash pickup with vendor(s)
  • Carefully audit the Franklin truck daily pickup
  • Independently coordinate daily with Central Supply rep to ensure proper inventory levels


Back Up/Assembly (20%)

  • Responsively provide tool room back up as needed
  • Willingly assist as back up for valve sawdering, cut and gas, valve assembly, warehouse, etc.

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • 2-4 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience; sawdering experience a plus
