The Experienced Residential Plumber is critical to the success of the organization through successful installation of new construction plumbing and maintaining responsibility for the quality of work of apprentice plumbers and modeling and encouraging behaviors in line with company values. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Able to work safely in residential excavation with a Mini excavator
• Ability to safely operate a truck with an excavator trailer.
• Have a working knowledge of safety equipment and PPE.
• Experience in underground piping layout.
• Experience in reading blueprints.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions with prolonged exposure to sun.
• Experience installing underground drainage and water lines.
• Express the ability to work as part of a team.
• Express the ability to LEAD a team.
• Will be expected to assemble, install, and repair pipes both sanitary drainage and water piping.
• Will be expected to properly layout and install underground piping for residential homes. 
• Will be expected to properly use safety equipment and personal protective equipment when doing so.
• Must understand test out procedures for municipal inspection. Employee will also be expected to have standard knowledge of plumbing codes for the installation that they are responsible for.
• Will be expected to demonstrate the knowledge of how to make proper connections of the following materials, PVC, Uponor, Copper and CPVC.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a positive attitude and good attendance.
• Must be able to get along with fellow workers and others tradesman
• Must be willing and able to always represent RTMC in a positive manner.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable underground plumbing experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check 

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 

LOCATION: On-site 

SALARY: $24.00 up to $26.00
