Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for qualified Logistics Coordinator to become part of our growing team. If you are a team player who is safety conscious, this is a great opportunity for you! This role is 1st shift Monday-Friday with the possibility of working overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Precisely manage all materials on job sites
• Proficiently receive all materials on job site
• Thoroughly review all invoices to ensure accuracy of materials received
• Consistently print and complete receiving reports
• Routinely stock and organize materials
• Skillfully process returns for all unused items
QUALIFICATIONS
A "self-starter" able to perform safely and quickly, understanding safety is priority
Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes
High School Diploma/GED & Current Driver’s License
The ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
Experience in construction trades a plus
Enjoy interacting and cultivating relationships with colleagues and vendors
Communicate effectively (especially in writing).
Tackle problems head-on and develop practical solutions.
Have a comfort level with large amounts of paperwork
Manage the workload independently
Have excellent time management, advanced organizational and analytical skills with strong follow-through, problem solving and attention to detail
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate with the team when conflicts arise
