We are looking for a plumbing warranty technician with excellent investigative and diagnostic skills. This is mostly new homes, all of which are built on basements and slabs. This is perfect for the experienced plumber or handyman that wants to give their body a much-needed break. 

•no selling required, on call bonus, all on call hours at 1 1/2 time.
Quickly and efficiently resolve new home warranty issues.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by demonstrating RTMC core values.
• Educate and provide customers with multiple options to solve a singular problem, letting the customer decide what is best for their home and budget.
• Be highly investigative so we can get to the root of problems and provide lasting solutions.
• Be a team player!

Qualifications: 

• Journeyman Plumbers License
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
• Current driver's license & a good driving record
• Personable, excellent communicator, teamwork, and customer service skills
