The Product Manager (Design focus) will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of a large-scale, agentic UX platform built to transform how the Marketing business designs, builds, and delivers work—dramatically increasing speed, quality, and consistency. This role oversees a distributed team of designers working across multiple agents and a holistic platform, partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to modernize workflows and enable faster go-to-market.
This leader will operate in a highly complex environment with numerous stakeholders, multiple JIRA boards, and parallel workstreams, while driving adoption of AI-enabled design and development practices

What You’ll Do and The Impact You’ll Make:

UX Strategy & Platform Leadership
  • Define and own the experience vision for an agentic, end-to-end marketing platform that accelerates design, development, and delivery for the Marketing organization.
  • Ensure a cohesive, scalable, and intuitive user experience across multiple agents, tools, and workflows within a single holistic platform.
AI-Enabled Design & Delivery
  • Champion the integration of AI technologies into the design and development lifecycle to accelerate Figma workflows, prototyping, handoff, and build.
  • Partner with engineering and product to explore and implement AI-assisted design systems, component generation, and developer tooling.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations leaders to align on priorities, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
  • Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, balancing competing needs while keeping the platform vision intact.
  • Manage and coordinate work across multiple JIRA boards, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and predictable delivery.
Platform Scaling & Tenant Strategy
  • Design the platform with a tenant-based architecture to support future expansion for local and International teams.
  • Ensure experiences are configurable, scalable, and adaptable to different business contexts without fragmentation.
  • Collaborate with global partners to anticipate future requirements and reduce rework.
Migration & Modernization
  • Lead UX strategy for migrating legacy tools, workflows, and pages into the new agentic hub.
  • Ensure migration efforts minimize disruption while improving usability, performance, and speed.
  • Balance innovation with operational continuity during transition phases.
What We'd Love to See
  • 10+ years of Product/Experience design, including senior leadership roles on complex platforms or enterprise systems
  • Proven experience leading and scaling design teams across multiple products or workstreams
  • Strong background working with product and engineering teams in agile environments with extensive JIRA usage
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakeholder, high-ambiguity initiatives
  • Deep expertise in Figma and modern design systems.
Preferred
  • Experience integrating AI or automation into design and development workflows.
  • Background designing internal tools, platforms, or agent-based systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-tenant or global platforms.
  • Familiarity with large-scale migration or modernization efforts.
What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing teams move significantly faster with less friction and rework.
  • Designers and developers leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery.
  • A cohesive, scalable platform is adopted across US Marketing and ready for International expansion.
  • Legacy tools are successfully migrated into a modern, agentic hub with improved usability and performance.
  • Stakeholders trust the UX organization as a strategic partner driving transformation, not just execution.
Outcomes of this role
  • Deliver a Q1–Q4 roadmap of UX design deliverables across all agents, clearly outlining priorities, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Establish and operationalize a single, visible sprint board that reflects active work across agents and design teams.
  • Implement and reinforce a consistent Way of Working (WoW) across designers and cross-functional partners, ensuring it is actively followed and improving speed and clarity.
  • Develop a high-level but comprehensive understanding of the full platform, each agent, and how they work together.
  • Build a clear understanding of each team, role, and stakeholder, including decision-makers, contributors, and dependencies.
  • Become a trusted UX subject matter expert that leaders and partners confidently turn to for clarity, direction, and decision-making support in meetings.
  • Identify and begin integrating AI-enabled design and engineering processes that meaningfully accelerate Figma workflows, design iteration, and handoff to development.
  • Partner with engineering and product to define where AI can immediately reduce cycle time and friction.
  • Demonstrate comfort operating without perfect information, moving away from design paralysis and toward an iterative, step-based design and delivery approach.
  • Lead teams with clarity and confidence while balancing speed, quality, and evolving requirements.
