The Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver value to the business by managing full cycle recruiting, scheduling interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for all non-executive roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned.
Accountabilities
- Execute full cycle recruiting, primarily for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Post positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both passive and non-passive talent
- Works with Talent Acquisition Management and P&CBPs to fill open roles
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel
- Proactively contributes to the TA community of practice and provides feedback and support to the TA Centre of Excellence
- Embed DE&I principles throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide guidance to hiring managers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening and communicating
- Represents the Company professionally and respectfully to internal and external contacts
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred (languages to align to region)
- Functional competencies include agility, attention to detail, collaboration, prioritization, and building strategic partnerships
Experience
- Experience working in Talent Acquisition, ideally in-house and working across multiple countries
