The Critical Situation Manager Role
 
Join our Global Support Organization at Qlik as a Critical Situation Manager. You'll spearhead communication efforts, coordinating resolution endeavors for impactful customer issues related to Qlik products and services.
 
As the central contact, you'll lead from identification to post-mortem analysis, ensuring seamless problem-solving and client satisfaction.

·       Crisis Preparedness: Develop and maintain comprehensive crisis management plans, conducting drills for readiness and collaborating cross-functionally.
·       Emergency Response: Be the central point of contact during crises, orchestrating response efforts across teams to minimize impact and swiftly address issues.
·       Customer-Centric Resolution: Ensure flawless execution of escalation processes, providing assurance and resources to customers, driving high satisfaction levels.
·       Effective Communication: Devise strategies to keep stakeholders informed during crises, collaborating with PR teams for transparent and positive communication.
·       Post-Crisis Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews post-crisis, identify improvement areas, and enhance crisis plans for organizational resilience.
·       Training and Preparedness: Train employees in crisis procedures, fostering a culture of readiness and awareness across the organization.

Organizational Preparedness: Your insights and post-crisis reviews will fortify our crisis management strategies, fostering a more resilient organization.
 
We’re looking for a teammate with:
 
·       Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with experience in crisis management or a related field. 
·       Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, technical literacy, and articulation of technical issues to various stakeholders. 
·       Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse organizations, including partners. 
·       Well-versed in service delivery with project management skills and a solid understanding of customer needs. 
·       Familiarity with SaaS, Software Industry, and enterprise software products. 
·       Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills. 
·       Capability to remain composed under pressure, collaborate effectively in a team, and handle multiple projects.
