In this role, you will:
Data Quality Governance
Maintain and improve Salesforce data for accounts, contacts, account hierarchies, and territories
Monitor, flag, and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, invalids, missing enrichments)
Enforce data quality rules, naming conventions, and validation standards
Operational Execution
Execute data cleanup initiatives, including deduplication, hierarchy assignments, and field standardization
Perform regular audits and reconciliation between Salesforce and enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Leadspace, Traction Complete)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with SalesOps, Enterprise Apps (SFDC Admins), Marketing Ops, and D&A to align on GTM structure and definitions
Support integration and onboarding of acquisitions and net-new entities
Monitoring & Reporting
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and KPIs
Track and report data stewardship activities and progress to management
Your background:
2–4 years of experience in data stewardship, sales operations, or CRM administration
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and familiar with tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL
Strong understanding of B2B customer data, GTM models, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle
Detail-oriented with a "data guardian" mindset
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
Experience with enterprise data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Leadspace)
Exposure to hierarchy models (GU/SU/DU/Site) and territory planning logic
Familiarity with account scoring models, ICP logic, and campaign segmentation
