Join us as a Junior Executive Assistant and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.  This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters.  We will need someone that can be at HQ 3 days a week, sometimes more dependent on events/meetings going on.
 
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the enterprise software business while directly supporting one or more senior leaders and their teams. This role combines exposure to the day-to-day operations of a global software organization with responsibilities such as coordinating and scheduling meetings and team activities, processing travel and expenses reports, tracking and following up on projects and meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The position provides a unique learning environment where you will develop organizational, business, and professional skills while gaining insight into how enterprise software companies operate at the executive level. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in executive support.

In this role, you will: 

  • Keep things running smoothly: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help organize projects across multiple time zones. 
  • Support team collaboration: Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked. 
  • Help leaders stay connected: Coordinate domestic and international travel, support expense reporting, and assist with internal communications. 
  • Be the go-to organizer: Maintain shared files, update intranet pages, and support team events and logistics. 
  • Pitch in where needed: Order supplies, update distribution lists, and take on ad-hoc projects that keep the team moving forward. 
 

Your background: 

  • Some experience in an administrative, office support, or internship role. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow. 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people. 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • A team-first mindset—you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it’s needed. 
Base Salary Range: $64,000 - $71,400
This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
