WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting the management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and terminations, as well as the preparation of supporting documentation
- Supporting the conduct of internal workplace investigations, ensuring a timely and objective approach in line with applicable employment law and company policies
- Providing support to managers and HR Business Partners on day-to-day employee relations matters
- Ensuring the consistent application of and compliance with internal company policies and procedures
- Liaising with the Legal team and other relevant stakeholders as required
- Maintaining and updating employee relations case records, ensuring strict confidentiality of information
- Monitoring employee relations trends and reporting to line management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Carrying out any other duties within the scope of employee relations as may be assigned by the Company
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably within Employee Relations
- Experience supporting internal investigations and disciplinary processes · Good knowledge of employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Good command of the English language
