ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior English-Speaking Community Specialist provides essential operational support for the daily health and activity of our official English-speaking Discord and other community hubs.
Reporting to the Community Manager, this entry-level role focuses on hands-on moderation, active community participation, and administrative assistance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Assist in the active moderation of English-language channels on Discord and other community hubs to maintain a safe, positive environment in line with brand guidelines.
  • Serve as a helpful first point of contact for English-speaking streamers, answering basic inquiries and providing initial troubleshooting for campaign tools.
  • Support the Community Manager in maintaining server structure, including the basic management of roles, permissions, and channel organization.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring a seamless transition into the community through guided setup and rule orientation.
  • Actively participate in community chats and events to drive a positive atmosphere and encourage member interaction.
  • Assist in the distribution of community announcements, campaign briefs, and marketing assets to the English-speaking creator base.
  • Help collect daily engagement data and community feedback to support the Community Manager in identifying trends or potential issues.
  • Proactively develop a deep understanding of the brand's community standards, streaming culture, and technical platform integrations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident handling of community interactions and inquiries
  • Experience moderating online communities (e.g., Discord, forums, social platforms)
  • Basic knowledge of Discord (roles, channels, permissions)
  • Ability to enforce guidelines while maintaining a positive tone
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and culture
  • Ability to handle user support and basic troubleshooting
  • Good organization and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to gather feedback and track engagement
  • Passion or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus
