Description
As administrative staff in Takasaki office contracted by 2027 March,
- Office admin to support Takasaki R&D office and coordinate information and provide support in an office environment.
- Office management; support in preparing and managing office supplies, as well as other general administrative tasks.
- Purchasing; support in obtaining quotations and processing Purchase Requisitions. Responsible for placing purchase orders upon approval. Monitor delivery progress and coordinate payment scheduling accordingly.
- Shipping arrangement; support the handling of domestic and international shipping operation. Assist with customs duty payment procedures before accepting delivery of the payment.
