Responsibilities:
  • Through data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with global teams, the role supports enhanced execution of strategic initiatives. It requires close cross-functional collaboration with not only
    functions in Japan but also with relevant teams across the Asia-Pacific region, home office, US. The position is also expected to lead internal projects such as the implementation of IT tools within the company. Promote standardization of business processes within Japan and alignment with global standard
    < Distribution >
    ・Closely monitor the inventory level of all products of all categories, work on reducing the stock and optimizing the use of agencies'/customers' space aligned with home office distribution team
    ・Return products/ Storage and inventory control. Develop Return & Shuffle Ops
    ・Propose a strategy for inventory managing logistics risk through identification, assessments, and prioritization of risks in logistics area and constraint planning
    ・POS/Inventory report management; Obtain monthly POS/Inventory report from the distributor and report to Finance.
    ・Shorten Lead Time of order receiving to delivery to agencies and customers using internal system. Actively check allocation of products and check deadlines in case of products inventory shortage and try best to deliver products in time.
    ・Develop and Implement inventory strategies which cater for markets & Agency or Customer needs
    ・Update ship record to Finance monthly, needed documents & data accuracy. Support financial targets by proactively managing any issues related to stock, agencies, customers and home office, logistics and order processing
    ・Support planning and execution of company-wide initiatives aimed at improving Customer Experience (Cx). since position needed to cover the overall customer support; respond various customer inquiries and requests.

    ・Customer document management; receive the updated documents and file in the internal server to share team for further action.
    < Sales Operation >
    ・Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, drive data-informed decisions, manage inventory and turn. Updated revenue summary report and report the gap from the previous week to sales.
    ・Manage Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly review with each service providers and internal team to identify gaps and pursue opportunities for improvement
    ・Maintain and improve sales materials used by domestic teams; provide data insights and advice for performance improvement
    ・Drive and manage various sales-related projects, identifying issues and proposing solutions
 Requirements:
  • ・At least 5 years working experience, including 4 year customer support / logistics / Sales admin / Sales operation related job experience
    ・Experience to work for multinational company is a plus
    ・Experience in project management is a plus
    ・Sell-in and sell-out analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
    ・Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    ・Numbers savvy with experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
    ・Experienced to manage several kinds of external service providers
    ・Fluent in Japanese, Business level in English is also mandatory to collaborate with regional and global teams
    ・Excellent Excel skills and overall PC skills
    ・Bachelor degree
    ・Strong engagement and leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders across various functions
    ・Positive attitude and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
