Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-starter and high energy HR Specialist to manage Employee life cycle & administrative activities for India with managing recruiting strategies in order to identify, assess and attract qualified candidates for our various operations for India. Candidate should be ready to work in different time zones.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be the talent scout.! Leading recruitment for new roles for India. Supporting hiring manager in completing hiring process.
  2. Ensure that the employee benefit programs are in line with the in-country practices and the employee engagement activities are undertaken for talent retention and motivation.
  3. As a training wizard, you'll develop and deliver workshops that make learning a blast. From Diversity to Teambuilding and organization development to Leadership Development, you'll help our team to become the best versions of themselves.
  4. Unleash the power of technology! Use your mastery of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to enhance processes, manage employee records, and bring order to the HR universe.
  5. New employee on boarding administration, office and visitor administration, updating, HRIS management – full employee life cycle etc.
  6. Navigate disciplinary actions and ensure that everyone feels heard and respected. Create HR policies and procedures complying with all the rules and regulations.
  7. Maintaining Organization chart, contact list, Manage attendance record and termination process. Office branding arrangement as per Optimas marketing standard.
  8. Other jobs assigned by HR Business Partner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field. An additional master's degree would earn you bonus points and an honorary cape!
  2. Be a true HR Champion with minimum 5 years’ experience and strong understanding of all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Show us your mighty HR toolkit!
  3. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate your ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care. Your trustworthiness is your secret weapon!
  4. Enjoys working in a team and accustomed to working in a complex MNC organization requiring collaboration with multiple functions/organizations.
  5. Willing to work beyond defined job scope when such business needs arise from time to time.
