Full Time General Surgery NP/PA Opening in Rhinebeck, NY
Northern Dutchess Hospital, now part of Nuvance Health, is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner and/ or Physician Assistant join our General Surgery team in Rhinebeck, NY. The ideal candidate will be board certified with previous experience in the surgical setting. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule in an outpatient setting. No evenings, weekends, or call. The position will support general surgery, bariatrics, colorectal, and acute care surgery. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including allowances for CME/Dues and CME time.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous surgical setting experience though new graduates will be considered. This position requires a minimum formal education of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant training, State of NY license, and Federal DEA and NY Controlled Substance Registration.
Northern Dutchess hospital is a 68-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital with excellent medical staff and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas.
