Position Summary:
This position is a key role responsible for executing sales and business development strategies. The candidate is responsible for acquiring new customers within the Residential segment, with the primary responsibility to achieve new sales and develop revenue-producing relationship.

Position Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities; manage sales cycle, and achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition within the Residential market
• Achieve lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
• Prioritizes list of prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives; provides accurate forecasts
• Builds new customer relationships
• Actively monitors and maintains status of opportunities
• Implement cold outreach campaigns
• Prepare reports on client interactions and sales activities to share with key business stakeholders

Position Qualifications

• 7-10 years of sales experience; proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales revenue targets
• Independent, diligent, and proactive mindset
• Experience within the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Negotiation and successful track record deal closures
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Maintain strong sales management focus; proficiency with sales management software
• Travel 50%+

• Bachelor’s degree
• West Coast (location)
